State fees

Payment of the state fee to the bank account of the Estonian Embassy in Oslo is only possible from a Norwegian bank account:

  • Recipient: Estonian Embassy
  • Account number: DNB Bank Account no. 7026 0541 275
  • Payment reference: name of the service/procedure + applicant’s name

Please attach to the application a copy of the online banking payment receipt showing the account holder’s name. Alternatively, write the date of payment and the account holder’s name on the back of the application form.

The state fee can also be paid at the Embassy using a Norwegian bank card.
