On 4 – 6 October, Baltic Film Days will be held for the 16th time at Cinemateket movie theatre in Oslo. This year, Estonian films will be in focus.
The Estonian Film Museum will open an exhibition “Estonian Film posters: visuals from the previous century“. The exhibition features the most expressive film posters of the various decades of the 20th century.
The film days will be opened with the Estonian film “The Little Comrade”, which has received numerous nominations and awards both in Estonia and abroad http://www.efis.ee/en .
Two additional Estonian films will be screened at the Baltic Film Days: “Scandinavian Silence” and ” Self Made Cameraman “, which is a movie about the first Estonian filmmaker Johannes Pääsuke.
Cinemateket will be screening also the best of recent Latvian and Lithuanian movies.
